About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow relationships with Estheticians and professional waxing partners across North America. You'll oversee all aspects of partner gifting, paid collaborations, and sampling initiatives with the Brand Marketing Manager to strengthen Bushbalm PROs visibility and trust within the professional hair removal community.

In this role, you'll identify potential partners, coordinate gifting programs, manage monthly budgets for paid partnerships, and ensure every collaboration aligns with Bushbalm PROs brand values. You'll also work closely with our PR agency and internal teams to coordinate product launches, track partnerships, and report on performance.

This position is ideal for someone who's organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about connecting with professionals in the beauty and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Estheticians, spas, and waxing professionals.
Coordinate all partner gifting, including packaging, fulfillment, and delivery tracking.
Help coordinate budget by tracking partnership spending — negotiating rates, confirming deliverables, creating contracts and tracking ROI with the Brand Marketing Manager.
Vet and onboard new partners to ensure they align with Bushbalm PROs brand values and audience.
Maintain a professional partner database and gifting list for ongoing campaigns and product launches.
Collaborate with the PR agency to fulfill sample requests and manage product seeding for media and professional partners.
Support new product launches by managing outreach, gifting, and partner activation plans.
Track and report on partnership performance, including engagement, conversions, and brand awareness metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and creative teams to align on campaign timing, product priorities, and storytelling.
Monitor Archive daily to identify new partnership opportunities and potential collaborators.
Set up and track all gifted and paid campaign efforts in Archive, ensuring accurate partner and performance records.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging voices in the professional hair removal industry.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, or coordination — ideally within beauty, skincare, or wellness.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using Shopify for tracking or partner fulfillment.
Understanding of social media trends and content formats used by Estheticians and skincare professionals.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong follow-through.

Bonus Skills

Experience working with PR agencies or managing product gifting programs.
Background in esthetics, spa management, or professional skincare and waxing is an asset.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Strong writing skills for partner communication and outreach emails.
