Are you a strategic marketing professional with expertise in the investment management sector? We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our global Marketing team based in London. This role is on a contract basis initially, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity.

The candidate will work alongside an elite team of professionals and undertake key responsibilities including:

Project Management for UCITS and non-UCITS fund launches
Establishing data requirements for newly launched funds
Setting up processes for factsheets and acting as a liaison between Global Marketing EMEA, Product Management and Client Group
Enhancing content within the team to ensure alignment with company standards
Coordinating meetings for UCITS and non-UCITS funds

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will require the following skillset:

Product marketing experience in the investment management sector
Strong knowledge of fund structures
Proven writing skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Data Requirements: Establish and maintain accurate data requirements for new fund launches, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
Process Development: Design and implement efficient processes for factsheet creation and distribution, streamlining communication across teams.
Content Enhancement: Enhance the quality and consistency of content within the team, aligning with company standards and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
