E-Commerce Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a talented eCommerce Accounts Manager who is eager to apply their skills and experience in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • *This is for an in-office position only; a remote position is not being considered at this point. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage current DSV and marketplace channels by keeping up with listing updates, new product listings, and promotions.
  • Manage all strategic and operational aspects of our selling channels
  • Analyze/compile channel and marketing performance analytics & reporting and provide recommendations for more effective ways to reach customers and increase revenue
  • Optimize across channels to drive company KPIs (revenue, gross margin, profitability)
  • Growing and fostering vendor relationships to drive long-term growth and improved relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and purchasing to ensure we bring the right merchandise at the right price at the right time.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and sales forecasts and set goals and strategies for meeting those goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of eCommerce management and/or marketplace management
  • Prior history managing marketplace accounts such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, and others
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding vendor, buyer, and account manager relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and acquiring new seller and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to set and exceed sales goals
  • Work well under pressure and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
  • Commitment to learn about ALEKO products and systems
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and diplomatic attitude.
  • A consistently professional decorum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
