Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI. Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, web development, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Mentor junior marketing team members and provide guidance on campaign execution. Develop and manage client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and performance updates. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution. Proven experience managing successful SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
