You will be responsible for optimizing the online customer journey, increasing website traffic, driving conversions, and enhancing brand engagement across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and revenue. Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience. Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Create engaging and compelling content for the website, social media, and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Manage the e-commerce budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Identify and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably within the leisure and sports sector. Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinking and a passion for innovative marketing approaches. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and design tools is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and improving customer engagement. Knowledge of the sports and fitness industry is highly desirable.
