Our client, a vibrant consumer goods company, is looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The position operates on a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for managing various digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Manage and optimize the company's website and social media presence to improve user experience and engagement. Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance metrics, and ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Identify target audiences and devise strategies to reach them effectively. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to optimize campaign performance. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance for senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of at least 5 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing multiple digital channels. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing principles. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics). Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable working from our office in Jacksonville, Florida, US on designated days.
