Position Overview

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand initiatives from conception to execution. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives within the fast-paced FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate brand positioning and messaging.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, and PR platforms.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee external agencies and vendors involved in marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
