This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both big-picture strategy and hands‑on execution. You like rolling up your sleeves, digging into the data, polishing product pages until they shine, and spotting growth opportunities before they show up on a report.

What You’ll Do (aka Where The Magic Happens)

  • Build and execute smart, results‑driven sales strategies aligned with company revenue and margin goals.
  • Own the product catalog, keeping data accurate, descriptions compelling, and images looking their best.
  • Optimize product listings using SEO‑friendly content and keyword strategies that boost visibility and conversion.
  • Manage pricing and promotions with a sharp balance of competitiveness and profitability.
  • Write and refine engaging product descriptions, marketing copy, and digital content that actually converts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned marketplaces and own account performance end to end.
  • Monitor account health, resolve customer issues quickly, and protect strong ratings and reviews.
  • Analyze performance data, spot trends, and adjust strategies to keep growth moving forward.
  • Coordinate inventory planning and forecasting so best‑sellers stay in stock and surprises stay rare.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support broader eCommerce and business growth.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of hands‑on eCommerce account management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (you can explain the “why,” not just the “what”).
  • A sharp eye for detail and a talent for creating and optimizing product content.
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) marketing.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a growth‑first mindset.
  • Familiarity with omni‑channel pricing and promotional alignment.
