The eCommerce Account Manager is the engine behind our online marketplaces. You’ll take product listings from “live” to “can’t-ignore,” transforming them into high-performing digital storefronts that drive sales, margin, and customer loyalty.

What You’ll Do (aka Where The Magic Happens)
- Build and execute smart, results‑driven sales strategies aligned with company revenue and margin goals.
- Own the product catalog, keeping data accurate, descriptions compelling, and images looking their best.
- Optimize product listings using SEO‑friendly content and keyword strategies that boost visibility and conversion.
- Manage pricing and promotions with a sharp balance of competitiveness and profitability.
- Write and refine engaging product descriptions, marketing copy, and digital content that actually converts.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned marketplaces and own account performance end to end.
- Monitor account health, resolve customer issues quickly, and protect strong ratings and reviews.
- Analyze performance data, spot trends, and adjust strategies to keep growth moving forward.
- Coordinate inventory planning and forecasting so best‑sellers stay in stock and surprises stay rare.
- Partner with marketing, operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Jump in wherever needed to support broader eCommerce and business growth.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of hands‑on eCommerce account management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (you can explain the “why,” not just the “what”).
- A sharp eye for detail and a talent for creating and optimizing product content.
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to guide decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) marketing.
- A self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
- A track record of executing strategies that drive real, measurable results.
- A solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement in eCommerce.
Nice to Have (bonus points)
- Experience in outdoor furniture or furniture categories.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a growth‑first mindset.
- Familiarity with omni‑channel pricing and promotional alignment.
Pay Range
$27.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
