Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of strategies to improve efficiency and service levels while analyzing performance data

Oversee multiple projects through the full project life cycle, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience

Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred

Experience with corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
