Key Responsibilities

Launch and scale new growth channels by identifying, testing, and validating customer acquisition strategies

Co-own paid acquisition efforts by launching, testing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels

Develop creator and content partnerships to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition

Required Qualifications

2-8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or a founder/operator role in a startup environment

Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition impact through campaigns or experiments

Hands-on experience with paid media management and performance metrics

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect channel performance to revenue outcomes

Experience with building or enriching total addressable market datasets and targeted frameworks
