Outbound Email Specialist – E-commerce Acquisition Outreach (100+ Emails/Day)

We are an acquisition-focused firm looking to buy profitable online businesses.

We’re hiring a detail-oriented outreach specialist to send high-quality outbound emails to e-commerce store owners who may be open to selling their business.

Your role is to execute outreach consistently and professionally while following clear targeting criteria.

Target Criteria (Must Follow Strictly)

You will ONLY reach out to e-commerce businesses that:

Generate $50,000+ per year in net profit

Have been operating for 2+ years

USA ONLY

Are evergreen (not trend/fad based)

Are not one-product “hype” stores

We are looking for stable, long-term brands.

Daily Requirements

Minimum 100 qualified outreach emails per day

Personalized first line (no obvious mass spam)

Track all outreach in spreadsheet/CRM

Maintain clean data records

Report daily metrics (sent, replies, positive responses)
