E-Commerce Manager (Operations Coordinator) – Monthly Bonus - Fast Growing North American Agency - Contract to Hire

We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Manager ASAP to join one of the fastest growing e-commerce agencies in North America.

We currently employ 100+ team members across North America, Europe, and Asia, and we are expanding aggressively.

This is a leadership and coordination role. You will not be building pages yourself — you will be managing execution and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to launch.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

You will oversee

Web developers (ensuring product pages and full website builds are completed on schedule)

Graphic designers (product images, creatives, visual assets)

TikTok and Meta ad video editors (compelling, conversion-focused ads)

Your job is to ensure each department executes their tasks step-by-step and that projects progress smoothly toward launch.

Once the project is live, you will continue managing updates, optimizations, and ongoing execution.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing e-commerce operations end-to-end

Strong project management and coordination skills

Experience working with developers, designers, and paid ads teams

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and leadership skills

Highly organized and execution-focused

Agency experience is a strong plus.
