About the Role

Turtlehut is a results-driven digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through smarter, more scalable marketing systems. We work with small and mid-sized companies, multi-location brands, franchise systems, and private equity–backed organizations.

To support our growth, we're looking for a consultative sales professional who can own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while building trusted, long-term relationships with business owners and marketing leaders.

This role goes beyond transactional selling, it is ideal for someone who enjoys leading business conversations, not just responding to inbound leads.

Success here comes from listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and aligning clients with solutions that support real, sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

Work with small and medium sized businesses, multi location companies, franchises, and private equity organizations

Own the full sales cycle

prospecting, qualification, discovery, presentation, and closing

Use a consultative approach to uncover prospect goals, challenges, and decision criteria (good questions beat hard sells every time)

Lead clear, value-based presentations of Turtlehut's website and digital marketing solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sale handoff

Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in our CRM (Copper)

Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity KPIs

What You Bring

2-5+ years of B2B sales experience (digital marketing or SaaS preferred)

A proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close complex, consultative deals

Strong communication skills with a confident, empathetic, and professional presence

Self-motivation, organization, and an outcome-driven mindset

Familiarity with franchising or multi-location business models is a plus

Experience with Sandler Sales System is ideal (training available)
