Senior Product Marketing Manager

- Collaborate effectively with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to accurately forecast product revenues.
- Design and implement creative marketing strategies for both new and existing products that drive engagement and growth.
- Proactively manage marketing initiatives, leading cross-functional initiatives to meet strategic and financial objectives for the product portfolio.
- Create engaging and informative product content that emphasizes unique selling points and sets our offerings apart in the market.
- Lead the execution of vital marketing initiatives, covering areas such as product strategies, pricing, promotions, sales training, and product claim development.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses examining customer needs, technological advancements, competitors, patient demographics, and insurer requirements to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with R&D, Technology, Sales, and related departments to innovate and bring new products and services to market, playing a pivotal role in the commercialization process.
- Engage directly with customers to gather valuable insights and requirements for new products and initiatives.
- Contribute to fostering a successful culture that creates sustainable competitive advantages.
- Provide in-depth technical product training and guidance to the Sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
- Demonstrate ability to consolidate diverse inputs into clear objectives, strategies, and actionable plans to drive results.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a product-focused marketing role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA from a prestigious business school.
- A Bachelor's degree with a major or minor in a STEM field.
- Experience in marketing medical or dental devices, particularly within the FDA Class II category.
- Familiarity with the Dental, Sleep Medicine, or comparable industries.
- Proven experience leading or contributing to New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- A results-driven and self-motivated professional.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with a scientific approach to marketing.
