Advertising Sales Representative – High Commission (Digital Billboards)

We are looking for driven sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential and flexible scheduling.

This is a commission-based 1099 opportunity with strong earning upside.

Duties

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach to potential clients in various industries
• Conduct compelling product demos of digital billboard advertising solutions to showcase value and capabilities
• Manage existing accounts with excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Develop tailored marketing proposals that align with client objectives and maximize advertising impact
• Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently, emphasizing the benefits of digital billboard advertising for brand visibility
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage territory activities, and analyze sales data for targeted growth strategies
• Drive territory management efforts by identifying new markets, expanding reach, and increasing overall sales volume through proactive business development efforts

Experience

• Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and customer relationship tracking
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and upsell effectively
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business through cold calling, direct sales, and inside sales techniques
• Experience in retail sales or marketing is a plus, along with analysis skills to interpret market data and optimize sales approaches
• Ability to work independently within a territory while maintaining strong communication with team members

Compensation Structure

• 25%–35% commission per closed deal
• Average commission per deal: $300–$1,000+
• Paid after client invoice clears
• No cap on earnings

Top performers can earn $5K+ monthly.
