StayCotswold

Marketing Communications Executive

📍 Cotswolds | Full-time. Will also consider 4 days a week with a pro rata salary.

Love marketing, people and a beautifully organised database? This could be for you.

StayCotswold is a holiday cottage agency and we’re growing. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to help us attract new owners, look after our existing ones brilliantly, and keep guests coming back year after year.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who’s equally happy crafting a great email, building relationships with local businesses, analysing campaign results, or making sure no owner lead ever disappears into a black hole.

What you’ll be doing

Growing our owner community

  • Nurturing owner prospects and generating new meetings via marketing channels
  • Keeping regular, meaningful communication flowing to existing owners
  • Reaching out (sensitively and professionally) to competitor owners
  • Building relationships with estate agents and local partners
  • Supporting events, sponsorships and brand visibility across the Cotswolds

Keeping guests engaged

  • Creating thoughtful, well-segmented email campaigns
  • Encouraging repeat bookings and improving rebooking rates
  • Reviewing and improving how we collect and use guest data
  • Testing, learning and refining campaigns based on results

Staying organised and commercial

  • Maintaining clean, accurate databases
  • Pulling targeted data for campaigns
  • Reporting monthly on meetings, bookings, retention and performance

You’ll also help manage our Touchstay digital guides and grow our Guest VIP Programme — strengthening those all-important local partnerships that make a StayCotswold holiday feel special.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Is super organised and detail-focused
  • Writes confidently and warmly with great attention to detail
  • Enjoys building relationships
  • Thinks commercially and loves seeing results
  • Takes ownership and gets things done

You’ll be joining a friendly, ambitious team in an award-winning, fast-growing business that genuinely cares about its owners, guests and the local community.

If you like variety, responsibility and being part of a team that celebrates success together, we’d love to hear from you.
