The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize media investments and measurement frameworks.Responsibilities:• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and measurement strategy for various brands.• Design and implement robust in-market test plans, including media mix, channel effectiveness, creative impact, and audience segmentation.• Analyze complex test data and translate findings into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.• Act as a liaison between media investment, data science, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution of testing initiatives.• Collaborate with econometrics-focused teams to validate and enhance marketing mix modeling insights.• Oversee multiple test-and-learn initiatives simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting outcomes.• Provide guidance on transitioning to advanced measurement frameworks, moving beyond traditional attribution models.
