We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior DTC Manager to own and lead the company’s direct-to-consumer website (Shopify) with full accountability for revenue, profitability (P&L), and overall performance.
This role is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through the website only and does not include responsibility for external e-commerce or marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, wholesale).

This role is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through the website only and does not include responsibility for external e-commerce or marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, wholesale).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the DTC website strategy, aligned with Sound Around’s broader business objectives, with a strong focus on revenue growth, margin targets, and ROI
- Maintain full P&L ownership for the DTC website, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance optimization
- Build, integrate, and leverage reporting, analytics, and tools to assess sales trends, marketing efficiency, customer behavior, and profitability opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Product, Operations, Marketing) to deliver initiatives on time and within budget; manage and outsource external partners when needed
- Own the end-to-end customer experience on the website, optimizing conversion, retention, CAC, and return rates while maximizing the impact of marketing efforts
- Act as a true business owner and leader—proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented—with full accountability for DTC outcomes
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing internal and/or external team, setting clear goals, maintaining high standards, and driving individual and team growth
- 3+ years of experience in DTC or e-commerce, with direct ownership of a consumer-facing website
- Proven track record of scaling and optimizing DTC revenue and profitability for consumer products
- Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven, and self-directed environment
- Demonstrated experience building and managing 3–5+ person teams (internal and/or external)
- Strong understanding of DTC marketing funnels, performance marketing, CRO, and lifecycle strategies
- 3+ years of hands-on experience within the Shopify ecosystem, including apps and integrations
