The Opportunity
Join the Banking Technology Transformation & Architecture team and lead the charge in developing and implementing innovative banking solutions. In this position, you will mentor teams, build lasting client relationships, and tackle complex industry challenges while leveraging your knowledge in enterprise architecture and banking technologies.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Proven leadership in enterprise architecture solutions.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture.
- Expertise in selecting, implementing, or configuring banking technologies such as: digital self-service platforms; assisted channels; loan origination systems; core banking platforms; and compliance solutions.
- Establishing enterprise data capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participation in project management workstreams for large-scale development projects.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in researching issues and providing effective solutions for clients' business initiatives.
- Experience leading project management efforts across multiple teams, emphasizing cloud computing.
