Examples of how we put this into practice
· We finish at 1pm on a Friday to ensure there’s enough time to relax and refresh.
- We took the decision to respectfully not extend a client’s contract that didn’t integrate with our values and was needlessly causing anxiety within the team.
· We offer flexible working of starting between 08:00 -10:00 and finishing between 16:30 and 18:30 and Friday’s is 09:00 to 13:00.
Our client retention is mental. Some clients have been with us for over 12 years which offers an incredible base for growth. We’re formulating our 3-5 years plan which is exciting for the whole team.
Future growth is only going to happen with talented, like-minded people so this is where you come in. We’re looking for a person with strong digital marketing skills that’s able to strategically implement and sync all activity in a clear and cohesive way.
What does the day-to-day role look like?
Account Management
- You’ll be the day-to-day contact for your clients ensuring that all elements of our digital marketing deliverables, not just the social elements you’re working on, are on track and to a high standard.
- You’ll lead the strategic direction of how best we can spend clients’ budget to achieve objectives.
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Running clients’ social media campaigns from conception through to execution.
- Write B2B social content in line with the brand’s tone of voice and, where applicable, blog posts.
- Come up with creative campaign ideas for clients.
- Create impactful and engaging graphics (not essential as we have team members that can support)
- Daily community management, both reactive and proactive.
- Audience research.
- Ad copy and creative.
- Optimise placements and management of campaigns.
- Understanding success metrics.
- What we’d like you to have…
- You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ social marketing and Account Management experience, ideally in B2B marketing.
- Amazing organisational and multi-tasking skills. You’ll see our Task Mgt System as the greatest thing as it’ll save time and avoid confusion.
- Commercial nous. You’ll be aware of what’s client creep vs getting the job done for the greater good looks like.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X.
- Basic understanding of video editing (not essential but would be an amazing skill to have).
- Up-to-date knowledge in social trends and how that translates into relevancy for our clients.
- A people person – our clients love us and they’ll love you.
- Being engaging, competent, driven, and confident will set you apart from the rest.
- You’ll naturally be a person that takes ownership of your actions.
- Great phone, email and face to face manner.
- Creative flair for digital marketing content ideas.
