Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Commerce Manager based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Digital Commerce Manager will oversee and enhance the end-to-end e-commerce platform for our luxury retail business. The Digital Commerce Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of digital commerce operations, ensuring alignment between retail, private client, and digital channels. This role requires innovative thinking and a proactive approach to drive online revenue growth and brand engagement.

This position requires both analytical discipline and luxury brand sensitivity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale e-commerce revenue growth
  • Develop structured omnichannel integration between retail and digital
  • Oversee luxury-focused digital merchandising, ensuring product presentation reflects brand standards (imagery, copy, styling, storytelling)
  • Drive client retention through CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • Oversee paid media strategy (Meta, Google, and digital platforms)
  • Enhance personalization, CRM integration, and clienteling initiatives
  • Build structured SEO for luxury brand + location search intent
  • Manage digital media budgets and optimize customer acquisition cost
  • Improve conversion rate and average order value
  • Deliver structured performance reporting to leadership
  • Develop and execute a 12-month digital growth roadmap

Required Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in e-commerce and performance marketing
  • 5 years of direct experience within luxury fashion retail or luxury fashion resale
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer expectations and digital client experience
  • Experience managing high-value inventory environments
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail integration
  • Demonstrated success scaling paid media with disciplined ROAS control
  • Experience in menswear is a significant advantage
