We’re hiring a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team, dedicated to crafting

high-level ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms .

As a Graphic Designer specializing in marketing and advertising, you will be instrumental in

creating dynamic visual content designed to convert potential customers into sales for the brands

we represent.

You will be working both independently and as part of our team, this role requires flexibility,

attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a profound knowledge of e-commerce, social media

platforms, marketing strategies, and consumer psychology.

We are a fully remote, closely-knit team of e-commerce strategists, media buyers, copywriters,

Role Responsibilities

Design with Purpose: Craft compelling design layouts that are not only visually appealing but are structured to guide the viewer's journey toward taking action. Your designs will serve as the backbone of our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Call-to-action mastery : Strategically incorporate effective call-to-action (CTA) elements

within your designs to prompt immediate responses from the target audience. Understanding the psychology behind CTAs and their placement is crucial.

Brand Guidelines Adherence : Follow brand guidelines meticulously to ensure

consistency and brand integrity across all advertising materials. You will translate brand

identities into visual designs that speak directly to the target audience.

Marketing Principles Knowledge: Apply fundamental marketing principles to your

designs, understanding how visual elements can influence decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of ad campaigns aimed at converting viewers.

Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align design

strategies with campaign goals, ensuring that all visual content is optimized for

conversion and reflects the campaign's overall message.

Creative Design and Execution : Generate and edit high-level ads.

Brand and Audience Understanding: Deeply understand our partners' brands and

target demographics to maintain brand consistency and voice across all designs.

Performance and Strategy: Drive key performance metrics by staying updated with the

latest trends and best practices in social media design.

Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with our team to continuously identify

new creative opportunities and improve design processes for efficiency and

effectiveness.

Qualifications & Things We’ll Love About You

HOLISTIC UNDERSTANDING OF GRAPHIC DESIGN & OTHER AREAS OF EDITING 3+ Year of experience in ECOMMERCE editing DIRECT EXPERIENCE Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Final Cut Pro X Canva Figma Experience working remotely Proven Track Record of success (relevant portfolio) THINKS AND ACTS STRATEGICALLY

COMMUNICATION Excellent English written & verbal communication skills. Ability to relay complex strategy with EXTREME clarity. Communicates proactively, and always closes the loop with leadership.
