The London Trading Company is a family owned Women's clothing wholesale company. We are proud to say we have a national customer base across Canada and the United States.

As we are in the process of opening our E-Commerce stores on Amazon and Shopify platforms.

We are looking for a digital marketing clerk to help us in the process.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • UPDATING DATA AND IMAGES ON OUR E-COMMERCE WEBSITES
  • CREATION OF PDF FLYERS AND CATALOUGES FOR CUSTOMERS TO VIEW.
  • TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS OF CLOTHING( IF NEEDED)
  • PHOTO EDITING
  • DATA ENTRY
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • ASSIST IN SHIPPING CUSTOMER'S ORDERS ( Est time involved 1 to 3 weeks per year IF NEEDED?)

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • EXCELLENT TELEPHONE MANNER, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL
  • STRONG DATA ENTRY SKILLS
  • INTERMEDIATE PHOTOGRAPHY SKILLS
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CONVERA PHOTO EDITING PROGRAM
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • TIME MANAGEMENT TO MEET DEADLINES
  • EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT, OUTLOOK, PUBLISHER ,WORD AND EXCEL
  • BASIC OPERATION AND KNOWLEDGE OF SETTING UP E-COMMERCE STORES ON AMAZON AND SHOPIFY PLATFORMS.
