We're looking for a knowledgeable Google & Facebook Ad Specialist to join our marketing team and help us grow our digital footprint. If you have a knack for crafting compelling ad campaigns and a passion for digital marketing, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Manage budgets and forecast marketing project spending.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in ad platforms and industry trends.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and insights.

Google Conversion Tracking

  • Implement and manage Google Ad conversion tracking systems using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for WordPress websites.
  • Analyze Google Ad performance to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accuracy and functionality of all tracking implementations on Google platforms.

Facebook Conversion Tracking

  • Set up and optimize Facebook conversion tracking with Facebook Pixel on WordPress websites.
  • Monitor and analyze Facebook advertising campaigns to optimize strategies based on tracking data.
  • Ensure the integrity and precision of Facebook Pixel implementations and data reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, especially SEO/SEM.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting complex data clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Facebook.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad serving tools.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
