The Product Director, DTC Patient Marketing is a core member of the brand team accountable for shaping and executing patient strategies and tactics critical to the acceleration of TREMFYA® in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO) and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping and implementing patient activation and media tactics, and unlocking new innovative tools and/or approaches. This Product Director will work across multiple internal company functions and teams, agencies, and other 3rd party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of core TREMFYA® DTC plans, campaigns and channel activations for the acceleration of TREMFYA® in Dermatology& Rheumatology
- Lead end to end development and execution of Dermatology Media Plan across all channels inclusive of ownership of TVC creative campaign execution and measurement
- Design and lead patient Ad Boards, Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research and key channel KPI considerations and shape and monitor Patient ATUs, and other key ongoing monitoring of brand performance for optimization plans
- Lead the strategy, direction and alignment to critical vendor partners (AOR, Media Buying + Planning, PR, Production, and others) and work cross-functionally with critical partners across Media Excellence, SIA, IT, Digital Solutions, PECS and more
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and partnership skills with Copy Approval partners (Regulatory, Legal, Medical) and ensure organized plans for asset approvals
- Drive innovative solutions around delivering patient engagement in a way that meets evolving needs and disrupts status quo to drive patients to ask their doctor for TREMFYA®
- Leverage AI technologies to support the creative design of assets and/or support the insights and technologies reaching patients
- Contribute critical patient insights into the BP planning process, manage responsible budget areas and identify business case opportunities
- Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, other Marketing Teams, Business Technology, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of business experience with successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Digital/Tech, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Market Research or related fields
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable strategy and tactics to deliver on business objectives
- Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority
- Excellent communication & project management skills
- Be a champion of change—challenge legacy thinking, push boundaries, and drive action around innovation
- Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals
- Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 20%
Preferred
- DTC experience preferred
- Digital asset and/or media planning experience
- Experience with AI/LLM applications, prompt engineering, or automation tools
