Job Title: Account Manager

We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to lead and manage partnerships with brands we bring on. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong strategic, creative, and operational expertise across paid advertising, content production, and partner communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and leader of each partnership
  • Research markets, offers, and audiences to inform advertising and growth strategy
  • Write ad scripts and oversee the coordination of video creation, video editing, and website development
  • Manage partner ad accounts on a daily basis, including:
  • Creating and launching campaigns
  • Setting up and managing tracking pixels
  • Monitoring performance and making ongoing optimizations and adjustments
  • Communicate with partners daily to provide updates, direction, and strategic guidance
  • Lead weekly calls with partners, reviewing performance, outlining next steps, and driving overall partnership strategy

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience scaling brands through paid advertising
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, including:
  • Dropshipping brands
  • TikTok Shop brands
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns for both local and nationwide businesses
  • Confidence in leading partners, owning strategy, and making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts across ads, creative production, and web development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain strategy, results, and direction
