E-commerce Operations (HOME APPLIANCE)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily store performance and KPIs on Shopee and Lazada
• Support ad spend planning and ensure proper budget and expense tracking
• Coordinate orders, purchase orders (POs), inventory, and quotations
• Provide full campaign support during major platform events
• Monitor customer service KPIs and coordinate review recovery actions
• Manage cross-functional coordination with E-commerce agencies, internal teams, KAMs, and HQ

Basic Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in E-commerce operations, with strong working knowledge of Shopee and/or Lazada
• Familiar with Shopee and Lazada platform operations and performance KPIs
• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with agencies and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for sales tracking, KPI monitoring, and data analysis
• Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate clearly with HQ and cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
