As our e-commerce division expands, we are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-driven individual to join our team as an eCommerce Associate – Brand Management.

About the Role

As an eCommerce Associate, you will be responsible for managing specific manufacturer brands across all of our online sales channels, including:

  • Our Shopify website
  • Amazon
  • Newegg
  • Best Buy Marketplace
  • Walmart Marketplace

Your primary objective is to ensure

  • All products from your assigned brands are properly listed on all approved platforms
  • Pricing is accurate and competitive
  • Listings are optimized and up to date
  • Brand revenue is consistently growing

You will work closely with our Online and Marketing teams to ensure promotions, sales, and brand initiatives are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee assigned manufacturer brands across all e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure all eligible products are uploaded and live on Shopify and marketplace channels
  • Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly brand audits based on priority level
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain competitiveness
  • Maintain accurate pricing in accordance with manufacturer policies (including MAP where applicable)
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand revenue and online visibility
  • Communicate with the marketing team regarding sales, promotions, and key opportunities
  • Update product listings, specifications, and content to maintain high standards
  • Track and organize data using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proactively identify issues and propose solutions
  • Collaborate professionally with vendors, internal team members, and marketplace partners

Previous e-commerce experience is an asset, but a strong work ethic, intelligence, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify and/or marketplaces preferred)
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • Professional email communication skills
  • Ability to work in-office full-time
  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
