Otte Polo Group is a U.S.

• based services group providing technology fulfillment, field services, insurance-backed installations, and operational support to partners across the United States. We operate multiple entities and brands supporting B2B and B2C clients nationwide and are growing fast. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our online presence and digital growth strategy for the U.S. market.

### About the role

This role is strategic and hands-on. You will own the digital marketing roadmap and ensure all digital initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and results. You will work with a team that includes a Web Development Manager, a Marketing Specialist, SEO Experts, and a QA Analyst. You are expected to identify opportunities, build plans, and make things happen rather than wait for tasks to be assigned.

You will

• Own and execute the digital marketing strategy for U.S.
• based entities, defining quarterly and monthly priorities aligned with business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across SEO, email, website, and content, and proactively propose new digital initiatives and campaigns.
• Lead SEO strategy in coordination with SEO specialists, defining keyword and content priorities based on U.S. customer intent, ensuring website structure and content support lead generation and visibility, and monitoring rankings, traffic, and conversions to adjust strategy accordingly.
• Own email marketing strategy (nurture, outbound, announcements, partners), plan and execute campaigns with clear objectives and KPIs, and improve segmentation, messaging, and engagement while ensuring a consistent cadence and quality.
• Work with web development to improve conversion, messaging, and UX, propose landing pages, service pages, and content updates, and ensure all digital assets align with brand and positioning.
• Coordinate priorities with marketing, SEO, web, and QA teams, set timelines and expected outcomes for digital initiatives, and ensure execution quality and accountability.
• Track and report KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and email performance, using data to drive decisions and optimizations and presenting insights clearly to leadership.

### Experience, skills, and qualifications we require

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing (B2B or services preferred)
• Strong SEO strategy knowledge (not just execution)
• Proven experience with email marketing campaigns
• Experience working with web developers and technical teams
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience supporting U.S. markets or U.S.
• based companies
• Excellent written English
• Proactive, self-driven, ownership mindset
• Experience creating a Marketing Department or working in a Start up kind of environment
