About Us

Invest St. Louis is a U.S.-based real estate brokerage focused on investment and multifamily properties. Botanical Property Management manages residential and multifamily properties for investors and ownership groups. We market properties ranging from single-family homes to 100+ unit apartment complexes and are actively growing.

We are seeking an experienced international virtual assistant to support our digital marketing and listing efforts on a long-term basis.

This role has the potential to grow into consistent, ongoing work or full-time hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Listings & Platforms

• Create and manage property listings on LoopNet, Crexi, MLS (training provided if needed), and company websites
• Upload photos, descriptions, pricing, and supporting documents
• Ensure listings are accurate, professional, and optimized for investors

Digital Brochures & Marketing Materials

• Create professional real estate marketing brochures including photos, rent rolls, descriptions, maps, and comps
• Properties range from singlefamily homes to large multifamily buildings (50–100+ units)

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create posts for new listings, offmarket opportunities, and sold or leased properties
• Edit shortform marketing videos using provided photos and clips
• Maintain consistent branding and tone

Email & SMS Marketing

• Draft and schedule email marketing campaigns
• Create SMS/text message campaigns for investor and client lists

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience as a real estate or digital marketing virtual assistant
• Familiarity with LoopNet, Crexi, Zillow, MLS (MLS experience is a plus)
• Strong Canva or graphic design skills- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and rent rolls
• Strong written English communication skills
• Highly organized, detailoriented, and reliable

Availability Requirement Candidates must be able to work and communicate during U.S. Central Time business hours (at least partial overlap required) to collaborate with our internal team.
