We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly skilled SEO & Web Developer to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

Our company is based in Melbourne, Australia, and this role requires someone who can work during Melbourne business hours and communicate clearly throughout the day.

This is a serious position. We are looking for someone dependable who takes responsibility for their work and delivers quality results consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform SEO tasks (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)

Improve website performance and search rankings

Develop, update, and maintain websites

Fix bugs and optimize website speed

Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean structure

Follow instructions and meet deadlines

Provide progress updates and communicate clearly

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO and web development

Strong knowledge of WordPress

Familiar with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.)

Must be able to work Melbourne (Australia) time zone

Reliable, responsible, and professional

Able to work full-time and long-term

This is a long-term role

Rate

$10–25/hour (depending on experience and skill level)
