E-commerce Marketplace Manager (Temu Experience Required) | 200–500 Orders/Day | Media & Beauty Brand

Job Description

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company selling beauty/cosmetics across multiple marketplaces.

We currently process ~200 orders per day and are scaling toward 500+ orders daily.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Marketplace Manager with proven Temu experience (considered as an advantage) to manage daily operations, optimize listings, monitor performance, and ensure smooth scaling.

Responsibilities

• Full management of our Temu account
• Product listing creation & optimization
• Order monitoring and issue resolution
• Performance metrics tracking
• Inventory coordination
• Pricing strategy adjustments
• Managing product uploads in bulk
• Monitoring policy compliance
• Handling disputes & customer issues
• Coordinating with warehouse & internal team
• Scaling operations from 200 to 500+ orders/day

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a Temu store (will be considered as an advantage)
• Minimum 2+ years in e-commerce marketplace management - MANAGEMENT, not a specialist who was managing accounts lower than $2 mln per year on Amazon.
• Experience with high order volume (100+ orders/day preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and bulk uploads
• Experience in media products or beauty is a plus
• Strong English communication
• Process-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay
• Experience in international shipping
• Knowledge of marketplace analytics tools
• Experience with inventory forecasting
