The Ecommerce Sales Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end management of their brand/s’ stores—including listing creation and optimization, executing promotional strategies and growth marketing strategies across the company’s online sales channels (i.e. Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end creation, management and optimization product listings to achieve excellent content quality score, maintain high search ranking and ensure listings align with brand standards, including the execution of systematic phase-out of outdated or discontinued products, including updating or removing listings and coordinating with procurement, inventory and digital teams
  • Implementing promotional strategies and tools to drive sales and enhance brand visibility, including coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Executing livestream and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, including recruiting and negotiating with affiliates, optimizing performance metrics, and overseeing promotional efforts
  • Planning, executing, and managing live streaming campaigns, including product selection, campaign enrollment, technical setup, and real-time engagement with viewers to ensure a high-quality broadcast and audience interaction
  • Analyzing and reporting the performance of initiatives, ensuring alignment with targets and industry best practices, while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Managing the storefront and ensuring a user-friendly experience while keeping the store’s collaterals up to date with the latest campaigns
  • Preparing detailed competitor check reports with actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Scheduling video content across online platforms (Shopee & Lazada), ensuring timely and consistent posting to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With a minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, marketing or communications related field
  • 1-2 years experience in e-commerce account management, live streaming management or other related roles is a plus.
  • Has good knowledge of MS Office, especially excel (including formulas such as lookup, concatenate, pivot table and chart/table presentation), and Google Suite
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and people skills
  • Amenable to working 5 days a week, reporting on-site in Mandaluyong
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
