Media Buyer (Meta Ads) — Latin America

We are a US-based ecommerce marketing agency hiring a Performance Media Buyer to manage and scale Meta ad accounts for US brands. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates based in Brazil, with collaboration during US business hours.

Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

Test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures

Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates

Scale ad spend while maintaining profitability

Communicate performance updates clearly with the team

Collaborate on creative strategy and testing plans

Qualifications

3–6 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience

Proven experience managing ecommerce or DTC brands

Demonstrated track record of profitable scaling

Strong understanding of campaign structure and testing frameworks

Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions

Professional English communication

Reliable, accountable, and responsive during US working hours

Experience with Shopify brands is preferred

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the agency long-term as client budgets and account volume increase.
