SEO Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and high customer satisfaction every month.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and search behaviour research using industry tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and SE Ranking.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools to research and report on performance through the creation of PowerPoint and Looker Studio reports.
  • Build and maintain strong, outcome‑focused relationships, demonstrating exceptional account management and project management skills.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with performance insights and growth recommendations.
  • Use the company project management tool, Zoho Projects, to keep customer projects updated with scope, and report on progress both internally and externally.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities by understanding customer needs and business goals.
  • Support the creation of professional pitch decks using PowerPoint, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce engaging webinars for prospects and customers.
  • Travel into London and Beaconsfield for client meetings and collaboration days with team members.

About You

  • At least 3 years experience in an SEO delivery or account management role inside an agency.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Personable, able to naturally build rapport with colleagues and coworkers alike.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMRush.
  • Experience in using Looker Studio and creating monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and good understanding of digital marketing.
  • Unapologetically ambitious, self‑motivated, and eager to contribute ideas that drive results.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Located in reachable proximity to Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
