Work Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce platform projects
- Gather business requirements and translate into technical plans
- Evaluate vendor proposals and third-party solutions
- Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources
- Act as the primary liaison with external vendors and challenge deliverables for quality
- Collaborate with in-house developers and UX designers to ensure business alignment
- Provide status updates, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations to management
- Contribute to SOPs, process improvements, and standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years experience in technical/project/product management for e-commerce, software, or digital platforms
- Experience with platform integrations, APIs, ERP systems, or large-scale digital projects
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or PMP/PRINCE2 methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills
- Competence in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Analytical, organized, and able to provide actionable insights to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital transformation projects
- Exposure to cross-domain, international, or multi-million-dollar programs
