Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager Location: Remote Schedule: M-F Core HoursCompensation: $35-40/hr. Job Description: This role is responsible for providing project management support to a digital risk mitigation team at a major insurance company that provides the following back-office services:· Performs annual compliance reviews of over 1,000 digital eCommerce experiences (i.e. digital landing pages, product quote and buy flow pages, etc.).· Owns processes and controls that ensure compliance with enterprise policies relating to digital content.· Retires digital landing pages that are outdated or no longer valid. · Maintains digital disclosure library. Project Management Duties include but are not limited to:· Creates a quarterly project schedule to plan out the execution approach to perform:o ~ 200 digital eCommerce experience reviews and to make needed updates to the digital experiences based on feedback from the reviews as necessary.o ~50 standalone marketing reviews per quarter.o ~50 page retirements per quarter.· Leads daily standups with team members to ensure all work remains on track and escalates as needed to program manager and/or director if delays put timelines at risk.Meticulously tracks and communicates progress of executing the quarterly digital page reviews, standalone marketing reviews and page retirements.Meticulously maintains documentation to evidence compliance with all governing controls.· Maintains records of and analyzes metrics for all work efforts performed by the team.· Provides early notice to program manager and/or director if there is risk of metrics falling below expected thresholds.· Proactively works to find solutions to make processes more effective and efficient and to continue to drive improvement in metrics.Maintains team training and process documentation.Challenges the status quo on process to ensure we are performing as efficiently and effectively as possible.Maintains team’s SharePoint site.Provides Policy and Control oversight support by:Performing daily/weekly audits to ensure controls are adhered to.Supporting annual control testing by providing timely data and process walk throughs to the control testing team when requested.Coordinates, reviews, and recommends updates to the quarterly executive status briefing drafted by team members that include status of performance metrics, obstacles, team wins, etc.Minimum Education:Bachelor’s degree. Minimum Experience:Strong knowledge of Project Management practices.High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) – this role will interface with numerous stakeholders, and they will need to be able to communicate with the stakeholders effectively and efficiently (2 + years).Strong Planning and Execution Skills – this role will require the ability to plan out several small projects involving several stakeholders, leading the project, serving as a one of the project resources on some of the projects, and escalating any concerns along the way (2 + years).Strong experience with maintaining and analyzing metrics. A plus would be experience with process improvement – documenting existing processes, monitoring process effectiveness, making recommendations to improve processes, etc. Preferred Experience:Strong Understanding and Knowledge of Digital Online Shopping Experiences – familiarity with how companies use the digital channel to promote, sale and service their products (2 + years).Experience working in Jira Workforce Management (JWM)\Characteristics I’m looking for: o ***Detail Oriented.o ***Proactive.o Process oriented.o Problem solver.o Inquisitive.o Not afraid of change (early adapter).o Likes technology.o Innovator.
