Sales Officer (E-Commerce)

Camera Commons Inc. is a fast-growing retail and distribution company specializing in photographic and filmmaking equipment. We are currently in need of 1 Sales Officer that will specialize in managing our e-commerce channels (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)

Responsibilities

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Preparing quotations for prospective and existing customers.
• Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Assuring achievement of monthly sales targets with the corresponding metrics
• Monitoring online store performance and maintaining healthy account metrics
• Proper documentation and handling of returns from couriers and customers
• Collaborating with the inventory team for stock updates on online platforms
• Assuring order and logistics requirements are properly accomplished within the given timeline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
