E-Commerce Specialist

The E-commerce Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving online sales and customer satisfaction for Auro Café. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Sales Management:
• Manage and optimize online store(s) on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and cross-selling.
• Process online orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
• Digital Marketing:
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products.
• Create compelling product descriptions and visuals for online listings.
• Optimize website and product pages for search engines (SEO).
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Use data insights to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Passion for food and beverage industry, particularly coffee and chocolate.
