Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Marketing & Branding

• Create professional e-brochures, listing presentations, flyers, and digital marketing materials
• Design branding packages, marketing campaigns, and promotional assets for listings and company initiatives
• Maintain consistent branding across all real estate marketing channels

Graphic Design

• Design high-impact visuals using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Produce marketing collateral optimized for digital, print, and social media platforms

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop engaging Reels, Shorts, Stories, and carousel posts
• Monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics

Video Marketing

• Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for real estate marketing
• Optimize videos for social media reach and brand awareness
• Assist with property highlight videos, agent branding, and promotional content

Required Qualifications

• Experience in real estate marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation
• Strong visual design and branding skills
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating social media and video content
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Coral Gables, FL
• Available to start immediately
