Role Overview

The E-Commerce Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of online stores across multiple marketplaces. This role ensures optimal store performance, accurate product listings, and a seamless customer experience, while maintaining compliance with marketplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct quality checks on product uploads, visuals, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor store analytics and sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, terms of service, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce stores or online marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent quality control and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using sales and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams effectively.
  • Customer-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improving the shopping experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
