The Digital Project Manager Intern will support the overall digital project orchestration. From assisting with marketing emails and text messaging to coupons and push messaging, you’ll get a chance to work with multiple digital marketing communication channels. This is an exciting position and opportunity that offers empowerment and flexibility to learn and grow. We are looking for a team-player who is able to handle multiple projects at any given time. This is a paid, part-time position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists in the planning and execution of digital marketing channels. This includes developing monthly marketing calendars as well as working with designers and developers for execution.
  • Proofing and testing marketing elements internally and with the client.
  • Attends and actively participates in all status meetings, client meetings and calls.
  • Guides day-to-day development of digital programs within approved plans and in accordance with the client's objectives.
  • Interface with development partners to coordinate development.
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully solve problems whenever challenges or concerns arise.
  • Take notes at planning meetings.
  • Consistently meet project deadlines as set by team lead.
  • Attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field at an accredited educational institution; college, or university.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail and ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
  • Contributes to a positive work environment through dedication, responsiveness, and accountability.
