As an affiliate & partnership marketing specialist you will lead day-to-day affiliate operations, ensuring campaigns are accurately built, tracked, and optimized while maintaining brand and technical standards. You’ll troubleshoot tracking issues, verify partner payments, and manage key network activities such as commission updates and deep linking. You’ll also identify process improvements while supporting research on new affiliate partnership opportunities. In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. What you’ll do: Lead day‑to‑day affiliate operations, managing workflows and promotional activities with affiliate partners. Build and launch affiliate network campaigns with accurate targeting, tracking, and timelines. Manage key network tasks including updating partner terms and commissions, deep linking, and reviewing transaction inquiries. Ensure all creative assets meet brand and technical standards, and optimize campaigns while flagging any performance issues. Troubleshoot tracking errors, resolve ad placement discrepancies, and verify the accuracy of affiliate partner payments. Identify and implement process improvements while supporting research on new affiliate partnership opportunities.
