Key Responsibilities

Launch and scale high-performing campaigns across non-social ad networks

Own budgeting, bidding, and testing to optimize efficiency and profitability

Design and analyze A / B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in performance marketing and growth experimentation

Proven experience managing campaigns across ad networks or programmatic environments

Deep understanding of CRO methodologies and A / B testing frameworks

Strong analytical skills and fluency in data analysis tools

Background in engineering, data science, marketing, or economics is a plus
