Media Analyst

As an Analyst at The Many, you are integral to our unified process of creating work that drives participation. You get energized to shape, visualize and uncover insights for internal and external stakeholders through the development of accurate and timely reports, dashboards and data analysis. This role will work very closely with the Media, Strategy, and Brand teams within our Connections process. Your strong collaborative spirit will impact the team in a large way by equipping people with the data and insights they need to make smarter decisions.
What this role is responsible for
- Supporting a cross-section of clients to develop cross channel measurement, audience analysis & social listening, analyzing monthly/quarterly analysis, campaign evaluation, & business performance
- Build and iterate dashboards with key data points and visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders to help equip the teams with better data to make smarter decisions
- Manage the data curation, compilation, synthesis of findings, and drafting of reports to share results, implications, and strategic drivers
- Identify themes, territories and creative opportunities to provide data-driven insights & strategic recommendations, supporting client briefs and creative assignments
- Create impactful visual representations of analytic insights and concise summaries of analytic methodologies that resonate with stakeholders
- Contribute & develop to client POV on tool capabilities & recommendations, measurement best-practices, etc.
- Work collaboratively with cross-agency teams to assess client challenges, develop measurement frameworks, and deliver a curated set of data points and synthesized insights
- Be integral to the future analytics practice at The Many, serving as a core team member driving forward key initiatives, product offerings, and integrated opportunities
What we need from you
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- A desire to be an active participant in the building for the future analytics practice at The Many, serving as a core team member driving forward key initiatives, product offerings, and integrated opportunities
- Detail oriented; recognizing the importance of quality and accuracy of reporting
- Strong time management and the ability to thrive in an environment that requires mult-tasking and the ability to think strategically, always looking to enhance deliverables, while meeting deadlines
- Basic awareness of the media landscape, tools, trends, and challenges
- A proficiency in Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, etc.
- Available to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Other things we’d like to see
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in SQL
- A can-do attitude, positive energy, excitement, and passion to build something great!
- Hands-on experience & an eagerness to learn a variety of analytics tools, which may include (similar tools apply): MRI-Simmons, Kantar, Pathmatics, Google Analytics, YouGov, TalkWalker, Netbase, Brand Watch, HypeAuditor, Demographics Pro
Our salary range for this opportunity is $78,000 to $84,000 annually. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package (i.e. benefits, retirement plan employer match, etc.).
