Key Responsibilities

Own and scale special growth initiatives, piloting high-impact projects and driving enrollments

Drive SEO / AEO strategy and execution to enhance organic health-intent traffic

Orchestrate select paid media efforts to target high-intent users across digital channels

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in marketing leadership positions, preferably in consumer health

Proven experience in scaling early-stage pilots to significant revenue drivers

Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets of $1M+ across various platforms

Expertise in marketing within complex ecosystems (B2B2C)

Strong understanding of conversion optimization and omnichannel marketing strategies
