Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and gather detailed business and technical requirements
- Conduct interviews and workshops to capture requirements and understand business needs
- Documentation
- Document current state, problem statements, and other relevant information in a clear and concise manner
- Process Analysis
- Where applicable, understand workflows and be able to document them to varying levels of abstraction
- Where applicable, work with stakeholders to map out current state processes and propose future state solutions
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop outputs that can drive new metrics or compliance reporting
- Support decision making with data-driven insights
- Ability to estimate effort and do regular status updates, escalations, and general work status reporting
- Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and general IT systems concepts
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience developing materials and communications for varying levels of leadership (including C-level)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to identity governance and administration
- IGA project implementation experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Cybersecurity or IT security projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
