Business Analyst

Location: MN-Maplewood, 100% Remote

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and gather detailed business and technical requirements
• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture requirements and understand business needs
• Documentation
• Document current state, problem statements, and other relevant information in a clear and concise manner
• Process Analysis
• Where applicable, understand workflows and be able to document them to varying levels of abstraction
• Where applicable, work with stakeholders to map out current state processes and propose future state solutions
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Develop outputs that can drive new metrics or compliance reporting
• Support decision making with data-driven insights
• Ability to estimate effort and do regular status updates, escalations, and general work status reporting
  

Qualifications

• Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and general IT systems concepts
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Experience developing materials and communications for varying levels of leadership (including C-level)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to identity governance and administration
• IGA project implementation experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Cybersecurity or IT security projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
  
  

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
