Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lenexa, KS, for a Paid Media Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and executing media plans, managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, conducting research on industry trends and competitive landscapes, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to enhance ROI. The Paid Media Specialist will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to support strategic goals. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Media Planning and New Media strategies
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Exceptional ability to conduct Research and utilize data for decision-making
• Experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize campaign performance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing and paid media strategy is preferred
