Our brands rely on strong domain reputation, IP health, search visibility, and email deliverability to communicate with customers throughout the lifecycle. This role exists to protect and scale that digital trust layer.
Role Description
The Digital Deliverability Specialist is responsible for owning and optimizing LENDEM’s outbound communication and domain reputation ecosystem across multiple brands. This includes email deliverability, domain and IP health, SEO-related domain signals, online reputation management, and rotation infrastructure.
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Experience to ensure LENDEM’s digital footprint remains trusted, compliant, and resilient.
Key Responsibilities
Domain Reputation, SEO & Digital Trust
Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, backlinks, and sentiment across Google, Yelp, social platforms, forums, blogs, and complaint sites.
- Track domain-level trust signals that impact both SEO performance and email deliverability.
- Identify patterns that may affect search rankings, sender reputation, or consumer trust.
SEO & Domain Health Oversight
- Monitor domain health indicators including indexing status, backlink quality, domain authority trends, and spam signals.
- Partner with SEO and Content teams to mitigate toxic backlinks, duplicate content risks, or reputation-driven SEO penalties.
- Ensure domain usage across email, web, and marketing channels supports long-term authority and trust.
Content & Response Management
- Craft compliant, professional responses to negative reviews and public feedback.
- Support creation of positive trust-building content across owned channels.
- Ensure messaging tone, cadence, and clarity reinforce brand credibility and reduce complaint risk.
Strategy & Risk Mitigation
- Develop proactive strategies to strengthen domain trust across search, email, and public perception.
- Identify reputational threats early and coordinate mitigation efforts across teams.
Reporting & Insights
- Produce recurring reports on reputation health, SEO trust signals, and domain risk indicators.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Email Deliverability, Domain Rotation & IP Health
Deliverability Operations
- Own email deliverability performance across all brands, campaigns, and lifecycle stages.
- Manage domain and IP rotation strategies to protect sender’s reputation and inbox placement.
Domain & IP Health Management
- Monitor IP reputation, domain reputation, sender scores, complaint rates, bounce rates, and blocklist activity.
- Investigate and resolve deliverability issues before they impact scale or compliance.
- Maintain clean sending practices aligned with ISP expectations.
Domain & IP Warming Programs
- Design and execute structured warm-up plans for new domains and IPs.
- Maintain a healthy inventory of aged, pre-warmed backup domains.
- Strategically rest or retire domains when reputation thresholds are at risk.
Automation & Infrastructure
- Implement automated systems for rotating sending domains, IPs, inboxes, and traffic volume.
- Partner with Engineering and ESPs to ensure technical configurations support resilience and scalability.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Closely track inbox placement, throttling, spam filtering behavior, and ISP feedback loops.
- Continuously test and optimize sending patterns, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and volume distribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with Marketing to align deliverability, SEO, and reputation strategy with campaign planning.
- Partner with Analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure all digital communications meet regulatory and ethical standards.
- Support Customer Experience teams by identifying deliverability or reputation-driven communication issues.

- SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Review & Reputation Platforms: Google Business, Yelp, Trustpilot
- Automation and workflow systems
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5+ years of experience in deliverability, lifecycle marketing, SEO-adjacent, or technical digital marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience managing domain health, IP reputation, and inbox placement at scale
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex trust and performance signals
- Excellent written communication skills for public responses and internal reporting
- Ability to operate calmly and decisively during incidents or performance degradation
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting multi-brand, high-volume sending environments
- Familiarity with compliance-driven communication frameworks
