Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Agent located in Plano, TX. The Marketing Agent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with prospective and existing clients, delivering excellent customer service, and providing training and guidance to team members. The individual will assist in promoting life insurance and annuity products and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and build trust
• Sales skills and familiarity with Sales & Marketing principles to drive business growth and achieve targets
• Experience or ability in Training and coaching team members to achieve desired outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• A proactive mindset and willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
